About Charles Betterton, MS CED

Charles has been helping individuals, organizations, and communities discover and manifest more of their ultimate destiny for almost 40 years by fostering development, empowerment, and transformation. He has a Masters in Community Economic Development (CED) from Southern New Hampshire University and is certified as an Economic Development Finance Professional by the National Development Council.

He has management experience in government, community development, community economic development, business and nonprofit organizations. This includes twelve years with the Department of Housing and Urban Development; three years as Executive Director of Com-munity and Economic Development for the City of Kankakee, Illinois; ten years as Executive Director of nonprofit organizations involved in personal, spiritual, organizational, and community development; and over five years creating, leading, and managing cause-oriented companies.

Charles has developed and delivered dozens of seminars and workshops including: Personal and Professional Success Techniques; Motivision; 21 Steps to Successful Living; TULIPS – The Ultimate Life Inpowerment Planning System; 10 Steps in Co-creative Visioning and Strategic Planning; Seven Ascension Attitudes; Empowerment 101; Enlightenment 101. His training and consulting services have served companies, chambers of commerce, nonprofit organizations, churches, and communities. He has produced major events for personal, professional, and community development for up to 1,800 people featuring world class trainers such as Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, Jim Rohn, Les Brown, Mark Victor Hansen, Bonnie St. John, Brian Tracy, and others. He has been written up in hundreds of newspaper articles, made numerous radio and television appearances, and has had many articles published in magazines.

Besides Ultimate Destiny, he has founded CENTER SPACE the Center for Spiritual, Personal and Community Empowerment), Conscious Media, Inc., and Imagination Celebration Unlimited, LLC. All of which share a vision of helping others manifest their ultimate destiny.

About Penny Kelly, N.D.

Penny Kelly is a physician, author, publisher, teacher, and lecturer. She is also a consultant to individuals, business, and schools, and a researcher in the field of consciousness. She holds a degree in Humanistic Studies from Wayne State University in Detroit, and a degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Clayton College in Birmingham, AL.

A former engineer for Chrysler Corporation, Penny left engineering after a series of powerful kundalini experiences and returned to school to study consciousness. Today she is well-known for her work in the field and continues her research in collaboration with Dr. William C. Levengood, physicist, at Pinelandia Laboratory near Ann Arbor, MI.

Penny is a specialist in Accelerated Teaching and Brain-Compatible Learning and has been instrumental in building and running both high tech learning centers and spiritual retreat centers over the past twenty-five years. For decades she has also been an organic gardener and avid proponent of sustainable, self-sufficient living, sustainable medicine, integrative education and collaborative media. 

Penny is one of the founding members of the Tipping Point Network, an international group of philanthropists and initiators dedicated to shifting the global economy from a 2% focus on sustainability, organics, and renewables to 10%, at which point the wave of change needed will continue on its own.

She is the author of five books, The Evolving Human, The Elves of Lily Hill Farm, Robes – A Book of Coming Changes, From The Soil To The Stomach, and Consciousness and Energy, Vol. 1 – Multidimensionality and a Theory of Consciousness. She teaches courses in Developing and Using Intuition; Getting Well Again Naturally; and Organic Gardening; maintains a counseling practice, and is working toward a Ph.D. in nutrition.

Penny is a member of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and in addition to her work with Ultimate Destiny University, she is currently working on her sixth book, Consciousness and Energy, Vol. 2. She is the mother of four grown children, and lives and works in Lawton, Michigan, where she has recently launched the Conscious Living Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to building communities of consciousness. About Howard Pepper, M.A. MFCC, M.Div.

Howard's professional career spans a broad spectrum from family counseling to psychotherapy to spiritual guidance to business coaching. Similarly, his formal education is diverse yet integrated. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master's in psychology and counseling, both from Biola University.  

He holds a Master of Divinity from Talbot School of Theology and in the early 1990s attended Claremont School of Theology, working toward his Ph.D. This was an inter-disciplinary program called Theology and Personality with Emphasis in Religious Education. He completed two years in this program which was focused on theology,  psychology and education.

Howard has worked in numerous churches, running groups, education, and youth ministries. He worked eight years in a community counseling center serving both Christian clients interested in faith integration, and the general public.  While there he created and ran a college-accredited program for the training of peer counselors.

 A few years later, Howard ventured into the business world, becoming a coach to hundreds of sales people and small business owners.  This provided further useful insights into a large segment of society, and a deep look at how business operates at the corporate level as well.

 Howard’s passion is to educate people while helping them with personal transformation, and to contribute to global sustainability and peace. Of particular interest is his desire to promote harmony and active cooperation among leaders and lay people from diverse belief systems. Extensive studies and work with individuals and groups have shown him that significant common ground does exist, even among contentious groups. His ongoing research and efforts are based on spiritual and relationship principles that are universal, and he believes that we simply must focus on these principles if we are to reach our potential as a society and a civilization. His goal is to promote the unfolding of personal and societal potential, and relieve human suffering and environmental destruction.

 In addition to his major contributions to the Ultimate Destiny Success System, Howard has also written two e-books Figuring Out Your Faith: How to Discover Truth among Conflicting Claims and The Good News and the Better News.

About Kimberley Jace

Kimberley Jace is a freelance writer and editor whose interests include healing and spiritual growth. She worked in print journalism for many years and wrote an award-winning weekly humor column that was published in Illinois and Indiana.

 In addition to her contributions as an co-author and editor of the 14-part Ultimate Destiny Success System, Kim now serves as a developmental editor for new authors while finishing a novel of her own.

 A published poet, Kim also is working on a book of non-denominational prayers for children and a series of essays about the spiritual lessons in classic science fiction stories. Following the example of her two grown children, she is continuing her education with an eye toward working in the natural health field. Kim lives in Central Florida.
