Repurposing Original Content and Public Domain Content
One of the hundreds of resources Universal Stewardheirship subscribes to is the daily publication from Steve Harrison listing reporters, authors and publishers who are seeking input, suggestions and possible sources to interview. Recently there were two questions about repurposing content. The next couple of pages are how I responded to the two questions. The details of how these insights and observations resulted in a new and much more expansive vision of how to select titles for the initial 14 publications in our Ultimate Destiny Success System Library follows.
Question 1: What is your favorite creative way of re-purposing content? The more unique the better.
Ultimazation™ is my favorite creative way of repurposing content. That is to "ultimize" the creative process, seeking and utilizing every possible and appropriate adaptation of content. For example, the 14 stand-alone titles in our Ultimate Destiny Success System Library are available as: digital programs, PDFs, printed books, webinars, seminars, small group discussion guides, home study programs, audio and video editions, etc.
In addition, we are providing "special editions" of the complete library for target niche markets such as Unity and Science of Mind Centers, for youth, for individual recipients of our Ultimate Destiny Hall of Fame Awards and for non-profit organizations we want to support.
Each of our initial 14 stand-alone programs is based on a 7 part, 12 step template we developed. We are now using a similar template to create a series on multi-purposed content on "successful living skills for the 21st century".
We have also developed a Strategic Marketing Matrix™ for helping millions of people A.R.K. -- Awaken to their true identity; Realize more of their potential; and Know how to create their ultimate destiny (whatever that means to each individual). (See www.strategicmarketingmatrix.com)
In addition to the ultimate repurposing and repackaging of our original content, our strategy includes the repurposing and reprinting of classic public domain works in ways that help people “learn how to learn” from the resources available from the 210 billion dollar development training industry.
Some examples include: Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill; The Secret of the Ages by Robert Collier; Science of Mind and Creative Mind and Success by Ernest Holmes; Acres of Diamonds by Russell Conwell, The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles, Prosperity God's Way by Charles Fillmore, etc.
Question 2: Anything else you`d like to add?
YES, thanks for asking! As a disaster relief and community economic development specialist and as someone who has invested most of the past few years studying publishing, electronic publishing and Internet marketing, I believe that “Infopreneurship” is one of the most important "successful living skills for the 21st century".
That is why our present focus is on helping Expand the Circle of Success by providing access to development training resources to and through a network of non-profit CAN DO! Community Economic Development Empowerment Resource Centers as described at www.ultimatesuccesspuzzle.com and www.communityresourcecenters.org.
As a result of providing expanded access to Community Economic Development Principles and Practices that include Self-help, Empowerment and Capacity Building, millions of people will be equipped and enabled to help solve the increasing social, economic and environmental challenges we face locally and globally. The repurposing of content in ways that enable many more people to discover how to apply state-of-the-art development training programs has the potential to bless millions, manifest stewardship over billions and leave a trillion dollar legacy.
Just one example is an award-winning Success Center Partnership I designed and produced for the Muncie, Indiana Public Housing Authority a few years ago. Out of the $250,000 drug elimination grant that I wrote, I allocated $24,000 to my non-profit CENTER SPACE (the Center for Spiritual, Personal And Community Empowerment).
We worked with Les Brown "the Motivator" and helped adapt his 100 page, $100 Choosing Your Own Future program into a 12 page program that helped public housing residents as young as 7 years old learn how to realize and actualize more of their potential. The program received awards and recognition from HUD The US Department of Housing and Urban Development and NAHRO, the trade association of the more than 3,500 Public Housing Authorities.
To me, that's a perfect example of Ultimazation in the process of repurposing content and evidence of the feasibility of our Expanding the Circle of Success Campaign and our vision of helping America fulfill its ultimate destiny of enlightenment. After rereading and reflecting on the answers I had written, I realized there are far more valuable ways to use this information than offering it for inclusion in someone else’s blog site and publication on ways to repurpose content. Instead, I was inspired to write up these few pages to share with our team members, investors and strategic alliance partners to help further describe and fulfill our ultimate shared vision of “Blessing Millions, Manifesting Stewardship Over Billions and Leaving a Trillion Dollar Legacy.”
Observations and Results of Reviewing My Answers As We Continue
#1: Repurposing, repackaging and relabeling content (ours and public domain) are major components of the Ultimate Destinyland Strategic Marketing Matrix System.
#2: A primary objective of our business model is to help millions of previously underserved individuals discover how they can benefit from the resources available through the 210 billion dollar development training industry.
#3: A major strategy is to use our E-books, printed books and supplemental resources such as articles, web sites, blog sites, membership organizations, etc. primarily to introduce our ultimate vision and mission of Expanding the Circle of Success in ways that attract sponsors, strategic alliance partners, grants, donations, & equity investors.
#4. A subset of # 3 is the cocreation of a billion dollar enterprise as we redirect just ˝ of 1% of the 210 billion dollar industry by providing incentives for existing customers to buy through Ultimate Destiny and help us Expand the Circle of Success with our ETMS (Empowerment Training Mentoring Systems) & Community Resource Centers.
#5: We have identified a few main themes and keyword phrases through which we will be able to successfully connect with potential customers, participants, sponsors, members, donors, investors, and media: They include Ultimate Destinyland and:

#6: We have learned how to incorporate tested and proven training and marketing resources such as the Wheel of Life exercises, the Bio Data Questions and other powerfully effective tools in helping us tailor and market our programs, products and services to individual market niches based on their priority interests, preferred methods of learning and by using the most appropriate language for each individual.

Just a couple of days ago, in response to a question about whether we knew of the new Print On Demand resource from Hay House, I was inspired to write up what I believe is perhaps the best description of several Unique Selling Propositions of the Ultimate Destiny business model. (That 2-page document reinforces the observations and strategies presented in this document and a copy is attached.)
#8: Just a few days ago, we crafted a 2-paragraph statement for inclusion in all of our digital and printed editions of the Ultimate Destiny Success System, and on our web sites and blog sites. The objectives are to:
