E MPOWERMENT CONSULTANT CERTIFICATION LEVELS
LEVEL
1
A
first level Empowerment Consultant completes a two day orientation to the
various resources available through
an Empowerment Resource Center™. This
person is able to introduce the educational programs and resources
but is not
equipped to facilitate seminars and workshops other than those provided that are
video based and self-facilitating. The commission structure at this level is 5%
to 10% on the educational products and services distributed by the Consultant.
LEVEL
2
A
second level Empowerment Consultant has completed at least four days of training
and is able to facilitate introductory seminars and workshops and at least
several of the major ERC programs. The commission structure
at this level is 10%
to 20% on the educational products and services distributed and or facilitated
by the consultant.
LEVEL
3
A
level 3 Empowerment Consultant has completed at least six days of training and
is able to facilitate any and all
of the seminars and workshops available
through an Empowerment Resource Center. The commission structure at this level
is 25% to 30% on educational products and services.

4
A
level 4 Empowerment Consultant has completed all the training listed above and
has completed a Trainers
A
minimal financial investment of $1,000 to $25,000 is required to
cover your comprehensive training. The actual amount of tuition is
determined by the level of certification you desire to receive as
each level involves more in-depth training, classroom time and
materials. Payment plans and some partial scholarships are
available.
