Charles Betterton,
Co-Founder, President and CEO has over 30 years of successful
executive and managerial experience in government, non-profit
agency administration and business. He has developed and delivered
dozens of training programs, is a trainer of Certified Success
Coaches, has a Masters in Community Economic Development and
has facilitated visioning and strategic planning for businesses,
chambers of commerce, non-profits and governments. |

| Ruth Kellogg
...RScPE...Spiritual Practitioner with Center Space has been
an active licensed Professional Practitioner with Religious
Science since 1974. Along with William Kellogg, her husband,
now deceased, Ruth assisted in the building and growth of the
Hi-Desert Church of Religious Science in Apple Valley, Ca for
over 30 years. Ruth became and active member in the First Church
of Religious Science in Vista, Ca. in 1999. She
graduated from this plane in 2006. |

| Rev. Arleen Schmaltz a Co-Founder
and Vice-President for Spiritual Empowerment. Arleen is a Certified
Success Coach, a Certified Church Business Administrator, an
ordained Minister and a Licensed Unity Teacher who has created
a number of spiritually oriented seminars, workshops and cassette
tape programs. |
