A Unique Approach
The Spirit of Coaching® model is based on two fundamental processes: higher level thinking skills and spiritual principles. Access to both is caused by Unity Consciousness - the state of being which allows full access to both of these Inner Resources. It begins in the coach and is provided to you during coaching.

The Spirit of Coaching® model is a powerful and empowering process because the coach doesn't give advice or provide answers. The coach's role is to facilitate the client's thinking. All the answers come from the client. This insures that the client has ownership and personal responsibility for the solutions.

During the coaching conversation, the client is fully in charge of the content. The coach skillfully uses language that powers the client's thinking about the content. The deep connection that is created between the coach and the client during the coaching process allows participants to feel safe, authentic and empowered.

The deep connection between the client and the coach is a result of the coach's Unity Consciousness. By creating a mental/spiritual alliance with him/herself, the coach causes a similar internal alliance in the client. When this happens, the client is free to trust their own wisdom and truth. The client discovers new solutions that are deep and long-lasting. The coach then helps the client identify the inner resources to implement the new solutions.
