and healing power rush in when I become still and let
go of all that would block the way of a divine,
joyous movement of good. Be still and listen. God has
much to reveal to me. Letting go and letting God is preparation
for divine instruction. It is now time to rest in the
stillness. I know that I am God's beloved child, and that
all is well with me, my loved ones, and my world. In the
