I also frequently call upon the wonderful

My
ultimate vision and mission is to life a life and leave a
legacy of "StewardHeirShip"™,
a word I received in meditation that incorporates Spirit,
Service, Stewardship and Sustainable Living. As part of my
personal daily spiritual practices, I meditate before an "altar
wall' (that has visual images of my goals), I review my journal,
and reflect on My 12 Golden Goals (based on
Edwene Gaines
book, The Four Spiritual Laws of
Prosperity. I also review photographs of
S.M.A.R.T.E.S.T., my Spiritual Mastermind for
Awakening, Realization of Truth, Enlightenment,
StewardHeirShip and
Transformation.
My personal mastermind and "frame of
reference group" includes many early New Thought ministers and
authors. I express my gratitude and appreciation to them for
their legacy of love and light, offer to be of any possible
service in helping further their legacy works and I invite their
participation and support in the various spiritually-centered
projects I am involved with.
To help more people discover how to enjoy
greater happiness, well-being, prosperity, peace and success in
living a spiritually-centered life, the
cosponsoring organizations decided to launch incorporate
New Thought
University as a not-for-profit membership organization.
In addition to helping introduce the many wonderful
organizations, programs and
publications that are available,
we will publish several books, e-books and offer seminars,
workshops, webinars and live events. That will include providing
digital and print editions of many of the classic New Thought
books that are either out of print or in the public domain.
Our initial publication is New Thought
University, 101: Resources for Helping People Discover How To
Apply the Spiritual Principles and Practices for Successful
Living
Known As
New Thought. We are seeking additional cocreative
participation by anyone who wants to help evolve the New Thought
University, provide content, help coauthor, edit and help
publish all of our pending titles, and help us discern the best
ways to share them (and information about the many available New
Thought publications and organizations with the world.

New Thought 101 Resources
will feature as many of the available resources as we can
identify that can help people learn how to apply the principles
and practices for spiritually-based successful living known as
New Thought.
The book will also include the 24 specific proposals presented on this web site and
components of an earlier presentation on 101 Ways To
Transform Your Church Into A Community Resource Center
that was shared at a Focus on Fundraising Conference
for the Association of
Unity Churches. In addition, New Thought
101 Resources will include a listing of New Thought
books, audio and video programs, seminars and workshops and
other available resources for helping introduce
people to New Thought. |
When I shared an article in the
Summer 2008 issue of New Thought magazine that I
picked up at the
International New Thought Alliance Congress with
the other cofounders of Ultimate Destinyland, we
realized we may have a rich opportunity to help
people all over the world discover how they may
benefit from New Thought. In the article by INTA
President Rev. Cindy Lippert, she discusses why
those of us in New Thought may need to re-create our
message in more contemporary language in order to
reach and serve many more.
Rev. Lippert referenced
Joel
Osteen who has become today’s most popular
television minister by taking New Thought’s
practical message, adding a dash of liberalism and a
measure of old-time motivational speaking and Voila!
Success! “
The next Sunday morning, Rev.
Kathryn McDowell was the guest minister at the
Sedona Church of Religious Science. During her
message, Rev. Kathryn mentioned that there are an
estimated 40,000 people actively participating in
New Thought at any one time. While she said that to
her that was alright as the Movement cycles many
more than the 40,000 number through the ongoing
inflow and outflow, we were struck with an
observation that has motivated our team at Ultimate
Destiny University to take action.
Joel Osteen shares his
version of the New Thought message live with more
people on a single Sunday than the total number of
people presently participating in New Thought. Then
there’s another 4,000,000 to 7,000,000 who hear his
message every week on TV and radio. That’s amazing .
. . and to us it suggests expanded outreach
possibilities!
This web site and the
incorporation of the New Thought University are the
result of this background. More detailed information
is provided in the
blog site that was created a
couple of years ago. Some of that information will
be copied and updated and added to this web site.
It includes a the following Strategic Marketing Matrix™ developed
to present several proposals of ways that additional
people world-wide might be introduced to the
spiritual principles and practices known as New
Thought.
