It will also describe how some facets of this Project and web site are related to an Expanding the Circle of Success campaign initiated by the non-profit Ultimate Destiny University for Successful Living based in Sedona, AZ. The campaign was launched to help establish a national (and then international) network of locally initiated, non-profit Community Economic Development Empowerment Resource Centers.
