The Real Reason, Youth Empowerment

Whenever possible CAN DO! sponsored events seek to provide maximum benefits to the community. For example, Youth Essay Contests are held to help motivate and empower youth to participate in community events. In this case study in Kankakee, the top 10 essays were published in the major local newspaper and the youth were invited to reads their essays over one of the sponsoring radio stations.
